Private training for your team

Cyber security and compliance training for organisations

Build the knowledge your employees, managers and implementation teams need across cyber security awareness, responsible AI, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and compliance.

PCS provides private instructor-led training shaped around your subject, learner group and organisational objectives. Sessions can be delivered live online or in person, with the scope and format agreed before delivery.

Private team delivery

Training is arranged for your organisation rather than shared with a public group.

Online or in person

Choose live online delivery or agree an appropriate in-person location.

Focused on practical use

Use discussion, activities and scenarios to connect learning with workplace responsibilities.

Training linked to a defined business need

Help your team understand what they are responsible for

Organisational training is most useful when people need to contribute to a specific requirement, make informed decisions or apply controls consistently.

  • Preparing for Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001 activity
  • Responding to customer, tender or supplier requirements
  • Strengthening governance and management oversight
  • Clarifying roles across operational, technical and compliance teams
  • Improving understanding before implementation or audit preparation
  • Giving staff structured time to practise applying requirements

Training for organisations: questions

Key information before submitting an enquiry.

How is organisational training different from a public course?

The training is arranged privately for your organisation. The subject, learner group, format, location and intended outcomes are discussed before the scope and price are agreed.

Can the training be delivered online?

Yes. PCS can provide live online instructor-led training. The platform, session length, learner numbers and activity format will be agreed as part of the delivery arrangements.

Where can in-person training be delivered?

PCS can deliver at an agreed venue across Wales and can consider other UK locations by arrangement. Please include the preferred location in your enquiry so travel and venue requirements can be considered.

Can the content be adapted to our organisation?

The scope can be shaped around the agreed learner group, objectives and organisational context. PCS will confirm what adaptation is appropriate and deliverable before providing the proposal.

How much does private organisational training cost?

Pricing depends on the subject, preparation required, learner numbers, duration, delivery format, location and any agreed materials. PCS will provide a price after reviewing the requirement.

Are CPD hours or certificates included?

Certificate and CPD arrangements depend on the specific training activity and will be confirmed in the proposal. PCS will not describe a private session as CPD accredited unless that activity has been specifically confirmed as accredited.

What information should I include in the enquiry?

Please include the subject, reason for the training, approximate learner numbers, relevant roles, preferred online or in-person format, location and target date. If the requirement is linked to a contract, certification or audit timescale, include that date as well.
